He Was A Teenage...

I NEVER know what to write here.

This is my entry for the 11th birthday scribble contest, where you have to create a piece using the scribble provided. My original idea was to create something based around the contrast of creativity and uniformity. It was something I kept playing with whilst trying to develop a concept. It was only after a while that I realised something about creativity, that sometimes, a silly idea takes hold of you and you make something that makes at least you smile. Isn't that the point of creativity... to entertain yourself and others?

ANYWAY, my entry is some sort of contemporary take on old horror B movie posters. A first I was going to fully render the poster, but decided instead to simply shade the piece and play with textures and layout.

So wheres the scribble??? ...Well, I used the scribble to create the teenage mutant rooster from outer space's eye, SILLY!

...But in all seriousness, It's visible to me as I made the image, I'm wondering if I should perhaps post a detail shot and lighten the area where the scribble is to make it more visible.
